INGREDIENTS:
- 12 oz cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon and/or nutmeg
- Over medium heat dissolve sugar in orange juice and bring to a boil.
- Add cranberries and cook until they burst. Continue boiling for a few minutes and remove from heat. Sauce will thicken upon standing.
