- 1 pkg fresh spinach, clean and broken into bite size pieces
- 1/2 lb grated swiss cheese
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (8 oz) cottage cheese
- Mushrooms
In serving dish use the ingredients to make multiple salad layers. Spoon poppy seed dressing over the top and serve.
